Michael will advise on whether the item can either be restored to its original splendor or may be beyond repair. In many cases, he deconstructs the item and rebuilds it into another unique piece of jewelry that is singular in its design and durable in its structure.

Repair
If a piece of jewelry is too intricate for a retailer to repair, it is often sent to Cooper Jewelry Group. Based on Michael's nearly 40 years of experience, the intricacies of jewelry manufacture are well within his wheelhouse.

"I think I know what I want, but I can’t see it on my finger” … “I have stones (diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, etc.) but I don’t know what to do with them.” This is often the case with many customers. They come to with precious gems and keepsakes and would like something original.
Couples come with an idea of an engagement ring but need his vision, inspiration, and expertise to build that one-of-a-kind ring. He will choose stones or advise them after a purchase has been made.
